Shipping & Delivery Policy

Order Processing & Delivery Times All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. For shipments within Canada and the United States, please allow 4–8 business days for delivery after your order has been shipped.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.

Delivery Responsibility

If the shipping address provided at checkout matches the address where the courier confirms successful delivery, Desi Pop Bazaar is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the courier, and we kindly ask that you contact UPS or Canada Post directly for assistance.

Tip: If you will not be home during delivery hours, we recommend contacting the courier to request that your package be held at a local pickup location. This helps reduce the risk of loss or theft and allows you to collect your order at your convenience.

Desi Pop Bazaar does not issue refunds or credits for packages that the courier has marked as delivered.

International Shipments

For international orders, customers are responsible for paying any applicable customs duties or taxes. Desi Pop Bazaar does not cover or reimburse customs fees.

Currency

All prices, taxes, and shipping rates are listed and processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
